Live In London is a never-before-released recording and is the first to feature Gene's European Quartet [Jim Mullen on guitar, Martin Drew on drums and Andrew Cleyndert on bass]. You'll hear GH swinging fiercely in a set that makes you feel like you were there! Most of these songs are their first recordings by Gene and none have ever been recorded in a Quartet setting. This CD features long burning renditions. Gene's widow Janie calls this recording "Gene at his absolute best."
