Resonance Records Online Store Help


We use Paypal to process online purchases. Follow the instructions at the checkout and pay with Visa, Mastercard, Echeck or American Express.

Shipping and Handing

Orders in the United States will ship via USPS standard mail. Mail will arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Shipping does not happen on weekends. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted and offered an alternative or refund. Paypal will automatically calculate domestic shipping charges for all online orders. If you are wanting express domestic service, please contact us for cost and product availability. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order confirmation email, in case it has been delayed. Shipping charges will apply to items that have to be reshipped due to a client's return/exchange. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Packages that are returned to us are often marked "insufficient address." You will be responsible for extra shipping costs if we have to resend due to an address input error.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Orders shipped outside this state will not be charged sales tax.

International orders are shipped via Global Priority and arrives in 2-3 weeks depending on your location. All international orders require extra postage.

Return Policy
You may return any unused product (provided that the shrinkwrap, if any, is intact) for a refund or exchange if you notify us of the problem within 7 days of when you receive the merchandise.

If you open a shrink-wrapped item it is not returnable unless it's defective. You must notify us of a defective item within 7 days of when you receive the merchandise, and it may be returned to exchange for the same item only.

Before you return anything, please send email to orders@resonancerecords.org explaining the problem.

Send all returns to Resonance Records 5711 W Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016. Be sure to include a brief note explaining what the problem was.

Lost or Damaged Goods
Note we take no responsibility for late, lost, or damaged deliveries once they have left our studio to the hands of the delivery service. We pack our products with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won't be damaged.

Privacy Policy
Will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email address, home or business address or any other personal information to any third party.
